EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help! Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Include the following details in your message:
Your Name
Order Number
Problem/Reason for the return
Photos of damaged / defective sock item

Return Window
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  

Condition
Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed. We will not accept items that appear used or worn. Returns will only be accepted for defective products.

Return Process
To start a return, contact our team at info@upatdawn.co with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return and exchanges will take approximately 5-10 days to process.

Sales & Pricing
Purchase prices are locked in on the day of purchase. If an item goes on sale at a later date, we are unable to retroactively adjust the price.

Sale Items
All sale items are eligible for exchanges only if there is an obvious defect in the product.
