Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 days via USPS. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

United States and US Territories:
$6 flat rate shipping.


International Shipping
Currently, we are only able to ship within USA and US Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and are actively working on expanding our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Delivery Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

If you experience any issues with your delivery or need to update your shipping address, please immediately contact info@upatdawn.co within 48 hours.

Missing Packages

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! Here’s how our return process works:

Return Window
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  

Condition
Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed. We will not accept items that appear used or worn. Returns will only be accepted for defective products.

Return Process
To start a return, contact our team at info@upatdawn.co with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return and exchanges will take approximately 5-10 days to process.

Sales
Purchase prices are agreed upon on the day of purchase. If an item goes on sale at a latter date, we cannot retroactively adjust the price. ALL Sale items are eligible for exchanges, only if there is an obvious defect in the product.tell your story online can make all the difference.
